BAMNE 2025 - Parking Pass

PARKING ARRANGEMENT:

Please note that new parking restrictions have been introduced this year on the streets surrounding the venue.

On-street parking is permitted for a maximum of two hours, with no return within one hour. These restrictions are in effect daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 midnight. All visitors are advised to observe local parking signage and comply with these regulations to avoid receiving a parking ticket.

To facilitate parking for BAMNE visitors, Liverpool City Council has granted us permission to use a designated parking area near the Puja venue, accommodating up to 50 cars (see map below). This parking facility is exclusively for BAMNE guests only.

BAMNE will be issuing Parking Passes, which can be downloaded from our website on your mobile phone and also printed. Since we require you to display your Parking Pass, you can collect a printed copy from the reception desk at the venue (if unable to print at home). These Parking Passes will be valid for all BAMNE events until 20th October’25, the last day of our event

All visitors are required to carry the Parking Pass and present it to the security personnel upon arrival to access the designated parking area. Parking will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to the first 50 vehicles. To help reduce congestion, carpooling is strongly encouraged.

Please ensure that the Parking Pass is always clearly displayed on your vehicle’s windscreen while parked in the designated area.

The parking area will be equipped with adequate lighting, and security personnel will be present at all times to ensure the safety of guests and vehicles.

About Liverpool Puja

In 1977 we celebrated our first Durga Puja at the Edge Lane Hindu temple, under the auspices of Liverpool puja Committee (now re-named BAMNE). The Durga Pratima (idol) for the first year came from India with the support of several people based in India and the UK.
